Flex credit may be redeemed for Video Pool workshop-fees, personalized instruction and crew or material production costs. For workshops listed in Video Pools seasonal lineup flex credits are deducted at a 2:1 ratio (e.g. a 10-hour workshop would cost 5 flex credits). If a fund recipient is seeking instruction in an area not covered by the workshops offered they may request personal instruction using the flex credits at a 1:1 ratio. If several recipients request the same personalized instruction the instructor’s hours can be split, effectively maximizing the recipient’s credits  (e.g. 16 of instruction divided by 4 fund recipients, would result in the deduction of 4 hours from each participant). Flex credits may also be redeemed to cover crewing, technician, or material production costs at $25 per credit.

ANNUAL ACCESS MEMBERSHIP:

Video Pool’s Annual Access Memberships allows for one year of free rentals. The following restrictions apply: Edit suites may be booked for any three days in a given week, and additional days in that given week may be booked if the suite is available the day of the desired additional booking. Mobile equipment may be booked for a maximum duration of 7 days in a row in any given month. If longer bookings are required the Video Pools Tech department must be consulted.
