General Membership $20.00/year

There are no equipment or facilities rental privileges with a general membership. Those who wish to take workshops can start out with just a General Membership.

Student Membership $20.00/year

Registered students receive the same rental privileges as a User membership, but at a discounted student rate.

Joint Membership $25.00/year

For valid Winnipeg Film Group Members - must be a Full User member in good standing for over a year with the Winnipeg Film Group in order to qualify for the Joint membership.

User Membership $50.00/year

The Organizational membership applies to any organization or collective.

Producer Membership $60.00/year

Producer Membership must be applied for in writing to Video Pool's Producers' Group. To become a Producer Member, an individual must be recognized by his/her peers as an independent artist working in new media; it is required that potential applicants to the Producers' Group include a sample of their work with their letter of intent. Producer Members serve Video Pool by making recommendations about the direction of the organization at their quarterly meetings.
There is no GST on membership fees. Members may upgrade their membership at any time, which will be pro-rated. So, for example, if 6 months passes and you wish to upgrade from a General Membership to a User Membership, it would cost only $15; half of the full $30 upgrade.
Il n’y a pas de TPS rattachée aux frais d'adhésion. Les membres peuvent améliorer leur statut de membre à n’importe quel moment. Le coût additionnel sera calculé au pro rata.

Interested in Volunteering?
Volunteers at Video Pool earn $12 worth of ‘credits’ for every hour they volunteer. Volunteer 'credits' can be put towards equipment and studio rental. Please email vptech4@videopool.org for inquiries on how to become a volunteer.
